Fun with Conté Crayons

Here's a batch of 1 and 2 minute figures as well as a 30 minute portrait. I have been putting a lot of effort into unifying my understanding of a lot of figure artists I have been inspired by recently (Michael D. Matessi, Ryan Woodward, and Michael Hampton). Woodward's book "Gesture Drawing Vol. 3" was most vivid to my memory during this session.

I had almost forgotten I have a blog.

Alo! It's been three years since my last post. It's nice seeing my growth since then. Here's my application for the Mid-Program Portfolio Review of San Jose State's Animation/Illustration Program. I'll be much more diligent about posting things here from now on!
